The guides include bibliographies of useful resources as well as research tips and suggestions. Examples of available guides include real estate transactions, water law, and Native American law.

Use our Nebraska State Law Resources Guide to access recent opinions from the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as selected opinions from the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and other federal courts. The Guide also provides access to local municipal codes and other resources from Nebraska Administrative Offices.

Nebraska Public Library Toolkit
The Nebraska Public Library Toolkit provides helpful links to Nebraska primary legal resources, including court opinions, statutes, regulations, and the Nebraska Constitution. The Schmid Law Library's PTRC is a complete resource for entrepreneurs and inventors who are looking to register their own trademarks or want to file their own patents. The PTRC can provide guidance on how to search for patents or trademarks and file appropriate applications.
