Rachel Tomlinson Dick, lecturer and director of the Housing Justice Clinic, presented at the 2024 Housing Justice Network Conference as part of a panel titled "Preemption, the Attorney Pipeline, and More: Hot Topics in Tenant Right to Counsel." This panel was one of many aimed at addressing admission and eviction issues.
Tomlinson Dick joined the College of Law in 2022 as a Housing Justice Fellow, helping to develop and institute the Housing Justice Clinic in its inaugural year. The clinic focuses on serving vulnerable Nebraska families facing housing-related legal issues.
