Professor Brandon Johnson recently presented his paper “Privileges, Immunities, and the Franchise: The Impact of Conservative Jurisprudence on Voting Rights,” at a Washington University St. Louis School of Law symposium.
The symposium, “The 150th Anniversary of Minor v. Happersett: The Past and Future of Women’s Rights” brought together scholars from across many field of, including feminist studies, voting rights and election law, and related fields.
