Nebraska Governance and Technology 20-21 Fellowship for Faculty

NGTC Fellows will be drawn from across the University, with 3-5 Fellows each from the Colleges of Law, Business, Engineering, and Journalism and Mass Communications, along with another 3-5 Fellows from other Colleges or institutions. Fellows will be selected based upon a brief application primarily intended to gauge their interest in engaging with the interdisciplinary mission of the Center and with input from their relevant Deans. Visiting Fellowships are available for academics at other Universities.

In exchange for consistent engagement with the Center’s events during the 2020-2021 academic year, NGTC (resident) Fellows will generally receive a $4,000 stipend. Visiting Fellows will receive a $1,000 stipend.

The purpose of the NGTC Fellows is to bring together an interdisciplinary cohort of faculty to exchange perspectives and study the role of changing technology in their fields and upon society.
