Professor Frans von der Dunk presented "Outer Space as a Military Operational Domain and 'The Law' (especially the jus in bello): The Woomera Manual as Point of Departure," as part of the Day of Study on Space: International, European and Belgian Legal and Political Developments Relevant for Defence. The event was jointly organized by two institutions: the Belgian Study Centre for Military Law and the Laws of War and the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies.
