Professor Kristen Blankley’s article, “Barriers and Facilitators to Implementing Restorative Justice in Nebraska,” has been published in Conflict Resolution Quarterly, a peer-reviewed journal. The article, co-authored with Dr. Ashley Votruba and Dr. Lisa PytlikZillig, discusses the results of a qualitative study examining why Nebraska stakeholders do or do not decide to implement restorative justice programs in their communities.
