Children's Justice Programs

Opened in 2025, the Nebraska Children’s Justice and Legal Advocacy Center (NCJC) is transforming how attorneys are trained and supported to serve children and families in juvenile court—especially in rural areas, where geographic barriers, limited resources, and attorney shortages continue to affect access to high-quality legal representation.

Children's Justice Clinic

The Children's Justice Clinic provides students with the knowledge, skills and ethical underpinnings necessary to function as effective advocates in a setting involving the legal needs of young children.
