When you are deciding where to get your legal education, visiting a law school is one of the most important parts of the decision-making process. While the COVID-19 Pandemic has hindered the type of gatherings and size of events we can have, we want you to have every opportunity to get to know Nebraska Law. We hope that this schedule of events helps you not only connect with Nebraska Law, but also with future classmates in ways that allow you make a fully informed law school decision while staying safe and healthy.

In-Person Preview Days

These events will give you a comprehensive look at Nebraska Law. You will chat with members of the Nebraska Law Admissions and Career Development Offices and tour the building. We'll provide lunch, and then the day will conclude with a glimpse at a first-year class and the chance speak to current students.

Please note, we are limiting attendance for In-Person Preview Days to 20 people. To maximize the number of students who can attend, we ask that you only bring one guest with you. Wait-lists for these events will be established once attendance limits have been met.

Together Tuesdays (Virtual Events)

Nebraska Law has a great location, beautiful facility, and strong curriculum but it’s our people who make it the best place in the country to study law. Featuring both virtual panel and networking events, Together Tuesdays will give you the opportunity to not only learn but also connect with our whole community!

Busy schedules preventing you from joining us for Together Tuesdays on Tuesdays? No worries! Join us on a few Saturdays when we will host some of our more popular Together Tuesday events for a second time!

Fridays with Friends (Virtual Happy Hour)

The people you meet in law school are not only your future colleagues, but they will be your lifelong friends. Fridays with Friends are virtual happy hours just for members of the Class of 2025 – that’s you! Grab a snack, settle in on the couch and get ready to meet some new people!

Admitted Student Day is April 1, 2022!

Discover what Nebraska Law has in store for you during this event designed just for Admitted Students! Throughout the day you will hear from students and faculty as they share their experiences and perspectives. Interact with future classmates and current students during receptions, panel discussions, and free time. You will also have the opportunity to observe a first year class and spend time with faculty who specialize in your area of interest. Travel stipends for those living 300+ miles from Lincoln may be available. More information will be released as it becomes available.
