Professor Eric Berger recently testified before the Nebraska Legislature's Government, Military, and Veteran Affairs Committee on LR 355, a resolution to review Nebraska's administrative procedures. The committee processes legislation in areas including elections, emergency response, and administrative rules and regulations.
Professor Berger discussed the merits of reviewing Nebraska's administrative procedures to help assure that they serve the State as well as possible. He has testified in the Nebraska legislature about a variety of constitutional issues, including free speech, lethal injection, and the process for amending the U.S. Constitution.
