This CLE will consist of 8.5 hours of credit covering current topics in water law.  The first .75 hours is an introduction to water law, designed for those with little background in the subject, while the remaining time is devoted to more advanced study of specific topics.  These topics range from water management decisions at state and federal levels, to local-government actions in the water-management world, to the taxation of water-rights transfers.  Speakers include State department heads, active litigators, academics, and activists. The day will end with an hour of professional-responsibility credit.

Please park in the student (C) parking lot South of the College of Law or the large student (C) parking lot North of the Dental College. You will receive a parking permit from an attendant at the entrance to the lot. Please hang this permit from the rear view mirror of your vehicle.
