Professor Catherine Wilson

Catherine Lee Wilson Associate Professor of Law

Professor Wilson joined the faculty in 1993. She received her bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) from Creighton University. She received her law degree from the University of Alabama, where she was selected to the Orders of the Coif and Barristers. After law school, Professor Wilson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert S. Vance, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining the Nebraska faculty, she was a litigation associate with the Atlanta law firm of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan. Professor Wilson teaches Banking Law, Sales, Payments Law, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, and Electronic Commerce.
