Professor Gus Hurwitz shared his expertise in tech law, antitrust and data privacy with some national outlets over the last month.
- Nov. 10, Hurwitz was featured in Salon, sharing his thoughts with Matthew Rozsa on the incoming presidential administration, and how President-Elect Biden may handle tech law, Section 230, and antitrust laws in reference to Big Tech.
- Nov. 9, Hurwitz shared his opinion regarding data privacy with Daniel Kolitz at Gizmodo, along with a variety of other professors from other academic insitutions. As part of his response, he answered the question, "can I stop big data companies from getting my personal information?"
