Professor Gus Hurwitz recently published an opinion piece in The Hill entitled "Time to hang up on a bad anti-robocall law" Dec. 10.
In the piece, Hurwitz advocates for technology that empowers consumers over the calls they receive, effectively maintaining power in their hands. He also argues against the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and provides alternative technical and legal solutions for managing the issue.
