All of the books are available at the University Bookstore at the City Campus Union. Some used books may be found at the University Bookstore. All  books are required unless otherwise noted. An optional (or recommended) book is one that the professor thinks might be helpful for you to have. Rather than immediately buying an optional book, you might consider waiting until a few weeks into the semester and then deciding whether it would be worthwhile for you to buy the book.

Note: Be advised that when purchasing your book(s) online through places like Amazon.com, do not use the ISBN alone. Confirm the correct book by Publisher and Edition that are listed with the title.

Textbook requirements can be found on the bookstore's website. They will be available approximately 30 days before classes begin. For Fall 2021, Law students should select term "Fall Law College Courses Only" and search for your books using the "Shop by Courses" function. The "Shop by Student ID" link will not work this semester because of our extended fall semester.

Note: CasebookPlus includes your required casebook plus an accesscode for additional online content.
