2019 Agricultural and Water Law Seminar

This CLE will consist of 9 hours of credit covering current topics in agricultural law and water law.  The morning sessions are devoted to water law and consist of 4 hours of CLE credit.  The afternoon sessions are devoted to agricultural law and consist of 4 hours of CLE credit.  The lunch presentation qualifies for 1 hour of ethics credit and is related to advising clients producing cannabis.  You may register for the morning sessions, the afternoon sessions, or both.  Each option includes the ethics hour.  Or you may register for only the ethics hour.  


Full day option - $200 and get the whole day's programming; lunch included (8 hours regular & 1-hour ethics credit).

Half day option - $125 and get either the water law (a.m.) or the agricultural law (p.m.) programming, along with the ethics hour and lunch (4 hours regular and 1-hour ethics credit)

Ethics and lunch option only - $50 (1-hour ethics credit)

Government (state, local, federal) - $100 (not eligible for CLE credit)

Nebraska Faculty, Students and Staff – NO COST to attend (does NOT include lunch)

Please park in the student (C) parking lot South of the College of Law or the large student (C) parking lot North of the Dental College. You will receive a parking permit from an attendant at the entrance to the lot. Please hang this permit from the rear view mirror of your vehicle.
