Nebraska Governance and Technology 20-21 Student Fellowship Program

NGTC Student Fellows will be drawn from across the University, with a primary focus on students from the Colleges of Law, Business, Engineering, and Journalism and Mass Communications. Fellows will be selected based upon a brief application intended to gauge their interest in engaging with the interdisciplinary mission of the Center, and with a goal of ensuring a diverse range of disciplinary and individual perspectives are represented.

In exchange for consistent engagement with the Center’s events during the 2020-2021 academic year, NGTC Student Fellows will generally receive a $500 stipend, distributed equally between fall and spring semester.

Student Fellows should expect to attend virtual research workshops, engage with faculty research by asking questions, and attend and support a variety center events including potential opportunities to share student research or produce content for the Center's media platforms. It is expected that fellows will be asked to dedicate 20-30 hours of their time throughout each semester, primarily remotely.

Currently, this program is only open to current graduate/law student at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
