As a service to its alumni and friends, the College of Law is happy to provide free CLE credits during the 2013-2014 academic year as it provides a wonderful opportunity to use the facility and reconnect. While we are able to offer the CLE course to Alumni of the College at no cost, all other attendees will be asked to pay a $20 fee at the door, exact change is required. Professor Baker will discuss the United States Department of Justice's engagement in social engineering. This discussion will examine the DOJ's recognition of same-sex marriage in Utah, its attempt to block Louisiana's school voucher program, and its handling of immigration enforcement.
