Estate & Business Planning Registration Form

Please enroll me in the ESTATE AND BUSINESS PLANNING program to be held at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, Nebraska on Thursday and Friday, May 14 and 15, 2009. The registration fee entitles me to attend all lectures, coffee and refreshment breaks, lunches, and to receive a copy of all printed materials.

Preregistration is necessary to ensure adequate materials are available. A $25 late fee will be assessed on registrations received after May 11, 2009.
